Return & Exchange Policy — Abayas & Sarees
🗓️ Return Window
Customers may return abayas and sarees within 7 days of delivery.
📍 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and invoices must be included.
• Items must be returned in original condition.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Final sale, clearance, or discounted items (if clearly marked).
• Customized or personalized orders.
• Items damaged due to wear or improper care after delivery.
📸 Return Requirements
We require a photo of the item showing the reason for return (e.g., defect, wrong item) before approval. Email photos to: Twothreadss@gmail.com
💳 Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
• Refunds (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• If the item was purchased using a gift card or store credits, refunds will be issued in the same form.
🔁 Exchanges
• Exchanges are allowed for a different size or color (subject to stock availability).
• Place a new order if desired item is not available — then return the original.
🚚 Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item or wrong shipment).
• We recommend using tracking and insurance — we are not responsible for lost return packages.
📍 How to Return
1. Contact customer service at Twothreadss@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
3. Our team will send return authorization and instructions.
4. Ship the item to the provided return address.
⏳ Processing Time
Allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return for refund processing.
